Inspections performed before a home is offered for sale is known as a Pre-Market Inspection. Pre-Market inspections inform the Seller of the condition of their property and gives the Seller the oportunity to address problems before putting the home on the market. After receiving the Inspection Report, the Seller has the option to make it available here for potential buyers to view.
