View Your Report
Instructions
To access your inspection report, enter the Client's Last Name and Invoice Number in the form above and click View Report. The client's last name must be entered as it appears on the invoice. The time needed to download the report varies depending on your Internet connection speed. Dial-up users can expect the report to load in less than five minutes.
Requirements
Adobe Reader is required to access the online inspection reports. If you do not already have Adobe Reader, you can download it free by clicking here: Download Adobe Reader
If you have problems
First, make sure you are using the correct name and invoice number. The client's last name must be spelled exactly as it appears in our records. To verify the spelling used as well as the invoice number, call us at 336-674-6964.
If the report has successfully downloaded, but you cannot view it, make sure you have a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Acrobat Reader is a free program, and you can download it by clicking here.
